“I felt that you were truly listening in a non judgmental way. I felt that I could talk to you about anything. You were very flexible in changing directions of our sessions, adjusting to what was needed to be addressed at a given moment. I have been studying and practicing Feldenkrais method of Awareness Through Movement for almost five years but only after our sessions I started to really feel the difference in my body after the lessons. My awareness increased and I felt more focused and compassionate when I worked with clients. I never realized that being kind to myself was such a challenge. I never realized how much peace and clarity it could bring. Most importantly I am learning how to trust my intuition again. And I also noticed that I did not feel depressed, a feeling which I associated with my situation. I still see what I am lacking, yet I don’t turn to blame or despair.
