“I was having trouble with some of my familial relationships and trying to cope with my feelings of guilt from not wanting to communicate with them. You have helped me find clarity with my own feelings and helping me find a way that is best for me to deal with situations as they arise. When I find myself anxious or distraught over my guilt or sadness, I am able to find it in myself to understand my feelings and to deal with them head on using the techniques that I have learned through our sessions. I am so pleased that you have helped me see that I have been making choices that are best for me and my family in each moment. I have noticed subtle changes in myself. I used to feel so jumbled up inside, like my heart and my head were always conflicted and at battle with one another.
